ive got like a thumping heart beat thing in my stomach i have had my period and all so i know that im not pregnant but imm realy worried and i hate him it doesnt bother me pain wise but i always know its there and im sceard ;/ does anyone know what it could be and when i typed it in on goodle and tis came up i was quite relived that everyone else had it but im sceard
Hello guest1234... you must be a thin person to be able to see your aortic artery pulsate :) It is perfectly normal to have this. When a person has more fat layers on their abdomen, they will not be able to see this, but if you are thin and lay on your back, it is visible. I remember one of my collegues in nursing school that I partnered with that was slender enough to feel it through the skin and see it pulsate. It is pretty neat and I can imagine how a person would be scared if he/she didn't know what it was!
