During sex, sometimes we can't finish due to some awkward moments that cause us to gear our concentration away from having fun. When this happens, I usually feel really hot, slight headache, sometimes i feel nausea, and in one case i vomit. This is most likely from the excitement building up and not being released.

What on earth are you doing to 'gear your concentration away from having fun'? Your tax return? That would make me want to vomit for sure. Try being 'normal' and enjoying your sex, and maybe your body will revert to normal also.
