vomiting after intercourse

I have had this issue two times and it is the most awful thing ever once after intercourse and once during intercourse i get really hot vomiting and the worst cramps. I came very close to passing out both times it is the worst pain i have ever been threw and feel so sorry for any women that has to deal with this. I had went to the ER once and they said it was gas in my intestants so i took my meds and it happenend again And the had no idea so if anyone has any idea what in the world causes these cramps hot flashes and vomiting i would love to know !!!!

I was having the same symptons as you guys... consulted a gyn and he found out that I have growth in my womb. i have booked for an operation so that the gorwth can be removed. my advise is that go and see a gyn.

I recently had a similar event. Although I did not actually vomit, I just about did and felt nauseated for awhile after sex. Also I experienced pain and cramping which some of you have mentioned. Guess I need to go see my OB/GYN to make sure nothing is wrong.

Hey! Okay first of course as most people would suggest go see your gyno and explain anything that feels off or wrong to you, don't be embarrassed or anything, the more they know the better they cam help or understand.

Secondly, when I did go in to finally tell my gyno that I had pain during intercourse, cramping and nausea after, sometimes vomiting, and starting having cramp like pains almost daily regardless of being on my period, and horrible cramps when I was, also pain periodically when urinating or just after yet when I would go see a doctor I had no uti. At first they said it could be either a cyst, which will burst on it's own, and of course you can always get another later unfortunately, or it was endometriosis. Turns out it was endometriosis and I had probably had it for years, as some of my symptoms I had been dealing with for years. Unfortunately it is not cureable, but they can do things to check how bad it is or help make life a little more bareable.

I don't know for the people getting cramps, but the vomiting can be caused by him hitting the cervix, by your partner hitting the cervix can make the cervix retract/ dilate which could cause you to have a bowel movement too. I am not a doctor but I did ask my doctor about this after being examined. I don't know why men would be, thats something you may need to talk to your doctor about. None of us are the same so it wouldn't hurt to go get checked out and talk to your doctor. 

I have had the same exact experience! I'm a female and after my partner and I had sex I couldn't really move because of the weird pain in my low stomach. Then I got woozy and felt like throwing up, it took me a lot of effort to even walk to the toilet becuase it felt like I might pass out as I stood up. I did throw up and got cold sweat and shaking. 

My symptoms have been described perfectly here. If it happens again I'll go to the doctor... but it does sound like orgasms or let's just say deep penetration, hitting the cervix, could be a cause. Recently I've learned how to expand and contract my muscles "down there" to make sex even more orgasmic for my partner and myself. It definitely could be overworking those muscles.

I had sexual intercourse recently and it was pretty intense, as he pulled out I immediately fell to my knees as I was feeling extreme pain in my lower abdominal and began vomiting. I went to see a doctor the same day and she told me that I probably have a tummy bug but I doubt her diagnosis because it has happened before over a year ago. I'm happy to know that I am not alone on this but we need valid answers

Any of the ladies with pain after sex have children? I feel like it has something to do with the cervix but cannot get a doctor to agree. I had a baby 2 yrs ago and had a trouble pregnancy- it was stated that my cervix was incompentant. Long story short I delivered child @ 31 weeks but during the delivery the same symptoms happened. Got hot, sweaty then vomit all while pushing.

I am a woman and having this same issue. I do have a GI as I have severe crohns disease and have recently achieved remission. He said he has never heard of it and I spoke with my obgyn and he has never heard of this. Mine is not from intercourse, it is from toys and harder orgasms. Without fail I feel very pale and Ill, my color drains, I get very hot, my belly cramps and I feel the need to poop. While on the toilet, sweat pouring off of me and belly turning I feel like I need to vomit. After going to the bathroom and a shower I feel better and it is all gone. What the heck is going on!?

Me too I can seems to get over it. My boyfriend feels bad ever time we have sex because, immediately after having sex I have to go throw up. I am trying to find out what could be the cause for it before it brakes up my relationshipe.

Did you ever find out what was causing the problem? I know someone having the same issue.

This happend to me also. The sex was nothing out of the ordinary for my boyfriend and i. Missionary and doggie for about 20 mins in the morning. Afterwards I went to the bathroom and threw up, than dry heaved yellow bile. I was sweating like crazy and having pains so I intense I couldn't even speak. Lasted about 2 hours. If anyone has any insight it would be very helpful. I never want to go thru this again.....

I just started having this I was sweating and vomited a day after sex. My partner is a little bigger than average so in the past it hasn't been much of a problem but this is the first time I actually vomited and sweat and it feels like the flu or something but no fever. Wow.
