No doctor will give me an answer. Starting about ten years ago when I was 20 I began having this problem. I could have sex as long or as sweaty as I wanted but as soon as we were done within minutes I start to feel pain in my lower abdomen. The pain Will increase and get stronger and stronger and begin to go down my legs till I curl up in the fetal position. It gets so intense that I end up vomiting (only during the vomiting will I sweat) as soon as I vomit it immediately begins to subside. I learned years ago that the second it started happening I could make myself vomit and it would immediately begin to go away within two minutes.
I've been to doctors who have told me it was the size of my husbands penis and who said it was ovarian Scists. I had the schists removed and that didn't help.
The weird thing is though it works in cycles almost. It will be a problem for about 4-5 months straight then it will go away for several months sometimes up to six months and then it returns for 4-5 months then go away again.
My spouse of ten years has avoided sex with me for years because he feels bad watching me curl up in pain.
If it had anything to do with his size why would come and go and in ten years and four doctors no one can give me an answer. If anyone gets one I want to know what it is. Please share

It is happening to me too, but without the pain. Noticed I was feeling light headed, and worse if I raised myself, worse if I made a noise. And horrible afterwards. I started giving myself glucose tablets in advance, which completely stopped it, but you don't always know in advance.

Tonight I didn't know and did not prepare with glucose. I threw up horribly and had incontinence in both outlets. So humiliating! So came online to find out. First site I found said it is neural overload - too much orgasm and it happens to men and women alike. Not a medical worry, but I think perhaps a strategic challenge.

Hope it helps people. I haven't seen any talk about glucose tablets. Had the idea from hearing about a diabetic skydiver who took tablets before he jumped, judging the dose by his state of excitement or anxiety. Seemed applicable!

I wasnt in any kind of pain during sex, it was actually the best sex I've ever had but about 25-30 minutes later my stomach starts hurting and I had a very strong urge to throw up and just feeling awful...I was hoping maybe you had some advice or something since we had similar symptoms...
