well, do you wana loose fat? well you can. all you have to do is not eat as much and what ever you do eat cheack the fat and colories because that could put weight or fat on you as well.
and if you have problems exersizing than dont worry! you dont have to exersize because is you use the tip that i gave you and dont eat as much and just eat healthy foods than you know that you can loose weightif you do that. you wont loose weight as fast if you dont exersize but you will still loose it.
