You see, At 15 I started masturbating everyday. I was perfectly normal because I had very high sex drive, and didn’t suspect at all that I could have any problems with it after in life.
I wish that was the truth. With time frequency was only increasing.
By the time I was 19, my semen was thin, and not voluminous as is should be, and I started to suffer from premature ejaculation.
I don’t know what to do now. Like I said, I'm now 22 years old and having big problem in my sex life. You can't imagine how serious this can be because it has ruined my sense of identity and manhood and cause fear of sex in, depression, and stopped me making relationships.

yes, but make sure you ejaculate at least once a day or you'll get terrible pain on your testicles, also try to keep the erection for a while use your hand and your breath to control it and keep it hard...the most important is to stop thinking that your penis won't hold long because this will make it really weak...think positive and take a 5 min break every 30 min or less.

What you need to do is stop watching porn videos, and start having long masturbation sessions. At least 30 min or so (30-60 min per day is fine). When you begin to do so, be very relaxed and dont think about coming too fast etc. Lay down (sit or stand up, doesnt matter) and start stroking away slowly, and as the time goes on, increase the intensity, just like you would have sex, nice and slow and then faster and faster. Ok.
