I am 5yrs post op and have gone up from 145 to 160. I have went back to a few old habits due to work(having to eat to fast, grab snacks while running to do work etc.) I know I have to figure out how to get around this and I am determined to do so. Could someone tell me what I can do in addition that might help me get back to 145. I have heard of jump starts for this mostly protein drinks to start but I can't find anything on it.
