I'm 57 Years old, I never been pregnant.I have been in menopause for seven years,  I'm getting married to a man who is 46 years old and he  wants children.   He does not know that I'm in menopause.  I want  desperately to give him a child, what  are the options for a woman my age. I do not want to adopt.
