I've had a lot of problems with my sinuses over the years and I am having a lot of sinus headaches again now, so I am looking for information on what causes this rather than resorting to ibuprofen all the time. If you have found the solution to your sinus headaches, I'd appreciate it if you could share your secret!

There are a number of things that you could do to try and get rid of your sinus headaches. I would say that drinking plenty of water, which means at least two litres a day, is a great start. Cutting out caffeine and soda is also important. Your sinuses are possibly blocked, and drinking plenty of fluids can really help clean out your system.

Could you have any kind of infection? Either a virus, or a bacterial infection? Because these are known to cause sinus headaches. If you are unsure, I strongly suggest that you contact your family doctor for a check up. They might do some blood work and you will know what is wrong with you. Please don't carry on like this any longer, or you could have long term consequences.
