I'm 13,ive bee seeing something like if my sking is separating from my head \/.\/ is that a deformity.And will your penis size increase when your balls has dropped.

The skin separating from your the head of your penis is natural it is part of being able to retract your foreskin.
Don't try to force it just gently pull the skin back it can take a long time before you can pull the skin back all the way doing it when your taking a bath might help.
You don't want to hurt yourself or cause pain if your trying to retract your foreskin and wash and clean under your foreskin when shower.
Your balls should drop when your a baby if you can feel them both in your sac then they have dropped.
As they begin grow and become heavier they will start to hang lower.
during puberty your penis will grow as well.
