What is Dr. Lewis's creditials?

So you want to know what is Dr. Lewis's credentials and where did he go to school.  Well I don't know this person and no doubt there are other doctors with the same name.  You need to know what he/she practices and possibly where he/she is currently located.  You can do a search on the Internet and find him/her.  Since I have none of this information, there is no way I can find information about him or her.  Surely, you have some information on what kind of doctor they are and where they are located.  If you do, key in the whole name (first, middle initial, last), the area he/she practices like gynecologist, and location if you have it.  That should pull up something to get you started with.
