I also have experience the exact same description but find no answers, but during my gut cleanse and coffee enemas. They are about one inch and float. I have taken Metformin 4 years ago though.

The white “cheese” is undigested fat, as far as I can tell. Some say Metformin causes this… I have this issue when I eat a LOT of sugar or fried foods. My doctor had no idea what these were and it is Very Difficult to find info on them… I plan to “capture “ one before my gastrointestinal consult and see if that dr knows what’s up with these things. (Also, I “captured “ a couple of them a few years ago, to take to the lab … but before I could, they, literally, melted/lost their shape…. Very Strange, indeed.

I have been looking into this for a while now. For me it started after I took Ivermectin when I had Covid. I believe they are a parasite called fluke. I found a picture of them in a book called "The Cure for all Diseases." By Hulda Regehr Clark, PH.D., N.D. Not sure I believe everything in the book but the picture of parasites match exactly.
