I have been having problems with muscle cramps for quite some time. I have just started training kick boxing, and I am really satisfied with the progress I am making. Still, it seems that I cannot get enough rest or maybe my methods of training are not that good. So, I decided to visit a doctor, bit I am not quite sure how to represent my problem. What should I ask the doc?

Just tell him exactly what you have written here. You have cramps, you cannot get rest etc. There is a possibility that you are over doing it a bit more then necessary for a beginner and that is why you cannot rest good enough. Perhaps you should ask your coach to give you some advice on training reorganization. You are exercising, good training program is necessary.
