Hello! I am Mary. I am 39 and I work as a teacher in a primary school. I am married and have two children. I have been very healthy person and had almost no problems with my health till now. Two weeks ago I started to have problems with my sleep. Although I feel very sleepy and tired when I go to bed I just can't sleep. Hello! Well, something has happened to your body and caused your sleep disorder. I also have such problems from time to time. I don't want to use and medicines since I am afraid to became addicted. I tried not to watch TV before my sleep and I don't eat after six in the evening. Usually I take warm milk or herbal tea before I go to bed. Sometimes I read poetry or some music to relax.
