I have developed allergy and my doctor recommended that I try to fight it with complete change of diet, namely vegetarian diet. I love experimenting, and am very keen on trying new things, but don’t know where to start from with all these courses and books etc. What vegetarian diet would you recommend?

The idea is to try to choose the food you like and prepare it with a twist i.e. without meat of any kind. This may seem hard at first, but if you like cooking, it will be very rewarding. Vegetarian cooking takes from a very wide variety of cuisines, so it should not be very hard to pick out what suits you the best.
