Whats a treatment for burning feeling feel like about to faint and bad stomach cramps

Hello, irygirl22! Is this a new symptom or have you been having bad stomach cramps and fainting sensations for a while?  It can be a scary to have such symptoms and do not know what they are. I presume the burning feeling is in your stomach?  Or is it in your throat?  You may want to cut back on spicy, greasy foods to start.  Try to take an over-the-counter antacid like Tums for the burning.  Faintness could be due to the cramping you are experiencing.  Are you having diarrhea or anything?  What other symptoms are you having?  Are you able to keep anything down?  Let me know how you are doing.
