im 16, 5'2 and 197pounds. Most of my weight is in my legs though. what's the fastest way to get the fatt of my legs?? I walk everyday and barely eat during day

Okay first things first. You need to fuel your metabolism through the day in order to burn fat. So eating is important. Make sure your meals and snacks are low sodium, high in proteins and high in fiber. If you can, try to eat a half to a full pink grapefruit daily, specifically before your meal. Grapefruit has many health benefits including promoting weight loss. It's a great metabolism booster. Drink lots of water. Water is a natural fat burner. Cardio is going to help you shave pounds off your legs. If that is your troubled-area and has excess fat then cardio is the best way to go. You don't want to build too much muscle so if your doing toning exercises then make sure you are doing more reps and your weight is low.  Timing is key my dear..if you can motivate yourself to go for a quick jog in the morning before you start your day, this will boost your metabolism to burn even more quickly throughout the entire day!
