I am 59 a diabetic patient for last 10 yrs. When I lie down on my right side I feel chest pain not when lying on my left or back. The ECG n TMT reports were normal. King advice.

I have also been having a few problems and got told everything is normal sometimes its very hard to detect what it is you could go back and see if they can check your arteries for you I'm making another appointment with my doctor to tell him about my problems.
