Where do I go from here?

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been on ENBREL shots for 11 years.My insurance played out and now Medicare and Enbrel won't work with me for the shots which has pushed me into a hugh inflammation attack on all joints.My hands I can't use for even minor things like brushing my hair,cooking, cleaning or brushing my teeth.My ankles are too swillen and painful to walk, I can't walk because of the pain in my hips and knees and I cry so much and scream from the pain that the neighbors hear me.I went thru all the meds. in the begginning and all failed except Enbrel and it changed my life and now I sit here dying.My joints are so swollen that the skin is blue.
Can anyone give me info. on somewhere to turn? I won't live long like this.Please pray for me--love to all diana ,
