Hi, I know how it is to feel bad, when you realize that you did something irrational and that you need to learn to control anger. Perhaps, I don’t know to express emotions in the right way, so I express it all like anger. It is always easier, if you say to someone what bothers you. It is better if you can face your own fears, mistakes, disadvantages and all other sorts of unpleasant feelings and learn to deal with them. They are just a part of everyday life, like other that were more successful. Find some filters to express your emotions in different way.
