white pimples on testicles

I had the same, what I then thought, pimples on my penis and thought it was just nothing as they weren’t itching nor hurting, they just stood there. I later went to the doctor and he said these were some cysts, even though they really looked like pimples and they could have been squeezed and popped. The doc said I shouldn’t do that as it might get infected. I was applying benzoyl peroxide and they went away.
If you had the unprotected sex, you might have got some genital warts which show up after a few weeks you had sex. You should monitor these pimples and if you notice some changes in size and shape, or if their number keeps increasing, you should then talk to your dermatologist.
The important thing is not to try removing them on your own, especially not with dirty hands as you might worsen the thing.

yeahh i found 2 of them on mine, and none of this makes sense because i havent had unprotected sex and i popped them while i was in the shower and they came out no problem so its not like i was dirty or anything, im just really confused on how they got there..so can someone please respond to this.

There is an unknown bruise-like spot on my testicles. I don't know what it is - took a shower and I just saw it there. It's not that wide, the size of the cap of a pen (not the whole pen just the tip). Should I be worried?
