I have the same thing and it sucks I just turned 19 and they are only noticed when my foreskin is pulled back and they kind of go along the veins

So I'm in my 20s and as long as I remember I have had small tiny pimple-like spots on my foreskin. There's maybe 10 in total but their distribution is not symmetrical. It's not quite where you find the pearly penile papules - it's more so midway - I can clearly see them when I'm erect or when I pull my foreskin back and stretch it.

I've never had any sexual contact with anyone and a doctor said taht I had genital warts which I tried to treat to no avail. This was years ago. I would've thought that if they were warts it would've been successfully treated.

Sometimes my foreskin does feel itchy though, but I'm not sure if this is anything to be worrying about :(

I also have the same problem . There's about 6 little bumps when I pull my foreskin back. I'm 20 and been with my gf for almost 4 years and I not long noticed them and have no idea what it is. I still get blow jobs and she hasn't noticed . And have sex quite regularly . and my snake eye(head) has kinda gone cracked anyone know the solutions
