I've had those "white spots" in my foreskin, I've had them for a long time, it doesn't hurt nor does affect me anyway but... if anyone has any information about please help, i don't know what it is nor do i know if it is a disease. It cant be an STD (sexually transmitted disease) nor can it be PPP. Any information would be highly helpful!

Its definitely Fordyce's spot's everyone, had them since i was about 10, now 18 virgin. And have always been worries about them, but have since researched a fair bit. Just look up fordyce's spots, and you will find that they are very common and do not have any affects what so ever

Fordyce's spot - on inside of foreskin
Pearly penile papules - On actual penis head
Same thing just different locations, completely harmless, very common, and can also be found on different places on the body including the lips so nothing to worry about

i know fordyce's spots are harmless but will they eventually go away? and is their anyway to make them go away naturally? cause i have a large patch on my inner forskin just under the penis head (not around the rim but on the inner foreskin)

Hey guys, I'm 15 and have the same problem, but from what I've researched they seem to be normal. Many people between the ages (from what I've seen) from 9 - 19 have these. People have said it's Fordyce's spots or Pearly penile papules but they occur on the shaft or end of penis respectively. Our problem seems to be common and completely natural yet unidentified by anyone. I hope this helps but if you are still unsure the safest option although embarrassing is to go to your local doctor as they will be able to tell you confidently
