White spots/bumps when i pull foreskin back (Dunno if this is pearly penile papules)

mate dont wory a lot of males have them im training to be a doctor and these are just small white bumps which appear on some males wash regualy and change pants every day

I have the same problem and they are not fordyce's spots (I can't remember what they are called exactly. They are normal and occur in around 25% of all men. Nothing to worry about, it is just an anatomical variation apparently.

i have the same problem i have just a small amount of white spots on my foreskine when i pull back, they don't hurt and they don't wash away i also have some small ones round the edges of my bell, and i don't know what to do with them i have gone to a doc before but they were half as many now (2 year ago) please can someone identify what this problem is and can it be fatal or be passed on to anther sexually i am 15 and need to now what these are.

ps: can it be fordyce spots or pearly penile papules?

Yeah I am 16 and have had them for like 5 years and they don't seem to spread so I am assuming they are a type of sabatious glad, I spelled that wrong btw, so I think they are basically just sweat glands and I believe that they appear more noticeably on some people than others. I don't think it is anything to worry about and they have not spread to my partner so I think it's harmless
