You are probably seeing small lumps of smegma.

Smegma is a natural, normal, harmless, and healthy substance. It is a mixture of exfoliated skin and skin oils. Smegma collects under the foreskin. It is normally white in color. Some people believe that smegma resembles cream cheese.

It can get irritating if it stays for a long time without being washed away, so it is good practice to wash under the foreskin periodically.

Accumulated smegma may get hardened and difficult to remove if it stays a long time such as under a foreskin that is not retracted. Olive oil has been recommended for softening and removing hardened smegma.

Since smegma is composed of exfoliated skin and skin exfoliation occurs continuously, then smegma is continuously forming. You may expect to see more every day.

They will go most possibly in time...I first noticed mine at age 13 convinced they appeared after a girl at school gave me a hand job...lol!!!....I'm now 32, but it took me until 17 and having sex with my first serious girl to go get em checked out....I thought I had the frikkin plague...I Tried to cut them off, burn em with cigarettes and wish em away, but nothing worked...I wasted years and many p***y opportunities being obsessed by them....the the gum clinic told me they were normal, everyday papules...they r almost invisible now all these years later...if ur young, like most guys on here seem and have had little or no sex, I can almost guarantee its the same thing....get checked out anyhow...takes courage but worth it in the end..

hey! these white spots on fore skin of penis are nothing but an infection(kind of a yeast or fungal infection)...there is nothing to worry about guys its very common and not a disease...

cause-due to irregular or incomplete washing....if u dont wash ur penis then the infection occur

cure-guys its very simple u dont need any medicine or any ointment....u can simply remove them by regular washing.but it will take time....as they are at the fore skin of ur penis since a long time

u can trust me guys i am qualified enough to answr ur question:-) few medicines are available in the market but i wouldn't preffer them regular washing is bettr then any kind of an ointment
