I am 16 and I have sort of the same problem. I masturbate and then after a short while my muscles seem to clench (best way i can describe it) and a clearish liquid comes out. It doesnt feel as if i've orgasmed as it is not the great feeling that everyone else seems to say it is. Are you male and gave considerably large chest? Between ages 7 and 25? This may be a result of gynecomastia. A male syndrome similar to kinderfelt, I'm here to tell you: you don't need to worry. A lot of people your age have it and grow out of it over time, if you think they're manboobs and your life is ruined think again. There are exercises you may not have know fix it. Just doing sit ups and weight lifting inward burns off the fat around the nipple to normal size and as a benefit you may get buff. Just a hopefully helpful tip for any wonderers.
