Why is this happening?

Hello Everyone! I'm a 23 year old female and I would love to get some insight on my situation. So here it goes: Here recently I decided that I would pleasure myself with a sex toy....before any male companion I was committed to, I always ended up getting BV but eventually I figured out that problem. So anyway, i decided that the best route to go is by using a sex toy....well i followed the guidelines as far as cleaning a brand new sex toy with vaginal cleaner of some sort, well I did that and now its like I'm suffering from the same symptoms I had when I had BV minus smelly.itchy discharge instead I have a large amount of discharge that has a slightly different smell.....what should I do, why is this happening
