There is a very good chance you are pregnant. You have some signs of pregnancy. Being late for your period is one sign. At three months along you'd also likely have "morning sickness."
The white stuff you see is often called "premilk." It can be caused by hormone problems or it can indicate you are pregnant.
Take a home test or see your doctor. 3 months along it should be very reliable.
