So yesterday I had a rough day at work I came home took 2 Motrin pm and my antibiotic. I have to admit I cried a little when I got home I was just busy all day with my patients and hardly had time to drink some water but I didn't go to sleep crying. I haven't had the best sleep this pass 3 days because I been sick. So this morning I woke up with puffy eye lids and it's noon already and still puffy.

You may be allergic to the antibiotic you took. Allergic responses to medication often include puffy eyelids, facial rash/body rash/ swollen lips and possible swollen mouth/tongue, throat. I don't know why you're taking an antibiotic but you might consider stop taking it. It is not always avisable to stop an antibiotic one started because this can generate resistance. Talk to your doctor and see if you are having an allergic response and if he/she can prescribe another antibiotic that would not cause this. You might be able to take an antihistamine to stop the simptoms if you need to continue with your antibiotic.
