Unlikely. I have heard that sperm can live on skin for hours, but I doubt there was much that could have survived and gotten inside of her. There is always that chance, and it only takes one. If she starts feeling weird or is late for her next period have her take a test, but until then, don't stress and don't let her stress because that will throw things off.
