Hi, I am trying to be brave and fight as much as I can. But, slowly, I am loosing hope. I vomit often because of my citostatic therapy. Against the nausea, I have been taking Emend, but it did not help much. I am very weak from all these symptoms. A frien told me about Aloxi. Would Aloxi work better than Emend?

I have been taking it, it is actually Palonosetron and it is very effective for the people that are undergoing radiotherapy. It subdues the symptoms of this therapy, nausea being the worse. It has few bad side effects, but if it does not work for you, there are other types of antimimetics, or you could combine several meds until you find the right solution.
