Would you think this girl is pregnant considering this situation?

Okay, been seeing this girl a while, and we have been having unprotected sex since the summer. So around November she asks me "Do you care about getting anyone pregnant?" And I said I thought we discussed you being on BC? She said "We didnt discuss that, and I'm not on BC" but then quickly added "Well, I dont think it could happen" I let it go, until the next time, when I asked "Why did you ask that last time?" She insisted it was nothing, but then asked, "so...what would you do?"

So when we saw each other on XMAS, It looked like she was showing. Nothing was said. Fast forward to last week, her belly is pretty sizeable, she finally says that she's been getting bigger, and thinks she needs to test. And if so it's mine, or another man. (She is not my GF, so it doesn't matter who she sees). I asked her when her last period was, and she said "October", which means that when she brought it up, she knew something.

At this point I told her fine, I accept, but we're not having sex as long as you could be carrying another man's child.

So, anyway, today she calls me up trying to hook up. I'm adamant about not doing it.  She said she was tested and wasnt pregnant. So, I let her come over. Apparently last week she had to go to the hospital for getting stabbed, and yeah, I saw the wounds. She said she was tested then. But since I'm not her, I dont know if she would lie about that part, to continue the sexual relationship?

I dont know what to think?

1.Seems that she wouldnt lie about it because obvioulsy she's going to show more soon if she is along as much as she said.

2. Secondly, I noticed her stomach well before she even mentioned it. When I looked up pics, the way it looks matches preg pics. A rounder stomach without that fat fold at the bottom. She does carry a few extra pounds there, and gets a 'fold' when she sits. Otherwise she's not fat. The stomach was not like that before.

3. The whole no period since October thing?

Personally I dont care whose it is but rather is she pregnant. I dont have a pregnant fetish, and would only have relations with a pregnant woman if she was mine, and I knew it was my child. I could wait to have relations with her. But I'm not her, so insight, maybe from women would be nice.
