Hi. I am a 32 year old male and for past few months have noticed painful ejaculation with thick yellow semen. There are worm-like clumps/tapioca consistency that I notice. I have had a full urologic workup and everything is 'normal' according to the MD.

The only factors I can think of is that my ejaculation frequency went from once a day to maybe once a week.

I am drinking lots of water as lots of posts on this forum state. I am also taking Lexapro (anti-depressant), Neurontin and Ativan. I take Vitamins B12 and D.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thank you

Hi Guest,

The clumps can/do happen and are normal.

Lexapro may be the cause of your ejaculation problems.  It does have known side effects in regards to orgasm.
