I've been noticing for the pass year or so that whenever I have sore throat or just the flu and a spit mucus some yellow lumps comes out and when I squeeze it it has a terrible odour... What could it be and what causes it? I eagerly await a respond.

Since I've been suffering from tonsil inflammations almost every two months, I think I read and found out all there is to know about that, unfortunately. What you are having are so-called tonsil stones. They are, basically, remains of the bacteria and puss that get clustered each time you have tonsil infection, and you seem to be the lucky one if they come out by themselves - my doctor had to push the ones I had out, but no matter how horrible that few minutes were, I haven't gotten sore throat since.
