I recently have experienced semen that is yellowish in color with lots of brown spots.
I had a similar problem while taking over the counter Thyriod supplements (taking them for about two weeks total without ejaculating during this time).

The first time I did ejaculate, mine was yellowish at first but later turned white (after a few days of ejaculating). Only the brown chunks remained and sometimes would not appear until the end of ejaculation. The only thing that kept me mostly sane and from freaking out was that nothing else hurt, was enlarged, discolored, bled or pussed other than the brown chunks.

I found another post about this somewhere else and it was from a guy who was a salior and had said the ships doctor told him this was normal if you had been in a lot of salt water. I looked at my supplements and it had listed iodine which is also in sea water.

I had stopped the supplements the first day of the chunks (which was the only thing new I was taking) and after about a week (ejaculating once everyday), the brown chunks stopped and now everything is normal and white.

I am only writing this because every other posting (except the salor's)regarding "brown chunks" talks about cowper gland problems and cancer.

The only thing that I have changed, is I am taking some chinese herbs for a week. And they are brown powdery tablets. I am sure it is the herbs so I stoped taking them and the brown in my semen went away.

I am posting this because it amases me that one or more of the many herbs in these tablets I am taking can show up in the semen.

Next time I am at my doctors, I will ask him about it.
