Hello. I am a 35 years old woman and I am a bit overweight. I have just started with my diet, but my doctor says that I have to work out. I am not really sure if I should take pilates or yoga classes. What do you think that is better for loosing weight. Some ideas, success stories, or otherwise something else?

Definitely Yoga. Here is the reason. It burns more calories (if you do it properly), and you will be all stretchy after it. Plus you know that you can really use yoga in real life. (Take sex positions on instance)I am going on yoga, but I have a friend that goes on pilates. From her story, I would gladder propose yoga to you than pilates. It worked for me, and I feel much healthier and lighter than ever.
