Im 14 and im overweight. Im 195 lbs. but i want to be around 170. please i need a good diet... i mean im way overfed and i just need to know things i should cut back on and easy exercise.

Congrats on taking the first step towards a better, healthier you! Take one goal at a time. Take a moment to think about what is most important for you now. Is it drinking 8 glasses of water, cutting out prepackaged foods, eating more fruits and vegetables, or adding exercise ( walking, stretching, yoga) counting calories? Once you've decided what change you are going to make then spend 1-2 weeks doing it until you get good at t. Remember, if you don't do it exactly on one day do it again the next. Good luck and.
