Hi. Strength training and cardio are the key factors in losing fat. Strength training makes your body stronger and it helps your metabolism to burn more calories. If you are trying to lose weight, your workouts must be balanced between cardio and lifting. If you fall of, just get back to your exercise routine. If you want muscles, you need more calories. Add healthy calories to your diet. But, if you want to lose fat, you need less of calories. So, my advice to you is to reduce your calories safely. Most important – don`t give up. Drink water, not Coke. Go for a walk, don`t watch TV.
