I'm fourteen and haven't been having many signs of puberty. I have hair around my penis and small strands on my scrotom. I have no armpit hair, my voice is a little deeper, I can ejaculate, but have had no size increase on my testies or my penis. What's the deal.

Puberty is different for every man and you develop differently so things like testical and penis size and armpit hair will come along later on. You will finish puberty in your early 20's so until then you're still changing.
