Hi im 14 yrs old and for some reason I have have two round bulges in both nipples whats the problem? and its sounds werid but I can squeez them and a clear sticky liquid comes out

They are probably just regular bumps, nothing to worry about since you have them on both nipples (i suppose areolas). White discharge usually means blockage of the ducts where this white stuff was suppose leave to the surface. The while stuff is sebum, oily substance made by the glands attached to the hair shaft under the skin.
If you keep squeezing, they may get infected and red, painful, and big.
