Okay I am 15 years old and getting circumcised tomorrow. I am in the philippines for vacation and (my decision) to get it here. The problem is that I have an adhesion at the rim of my head. My foreskin is stick there and the adhesionis about 1.5 cm long. It is not the frenulum. Will they still be able to circumcise me? Will the procedure be different? Please help i am freaking out
