Yes, you could have gotten her pregnant. Soap and warm running tap water will wash off semen stain much more thoroughly than drying your penis with tissue paper. Also one thing about saran wrap condoms, use non microvable kind. Microvabable saran wrap has little pores that release fluid, and try not to worry until there is somethign to worry about.
