@ Skinny Teen You are not alone i am also underweight as i am 15 years old and the most horrible thing is that just 85 pounds and height is 5"3 and everyone says i am too skinny according to my height but i can't change it i have tried everything i can but no results i eat a lot and have 3 cup of milk including milkshakes , smoothies and other drinks and i eat 6 times a day having short meals but no result??????/

hey guys at your age puberty is either in progress or right around the corner and your body is producing lots of growth hormone which also burns fat/calories. if your metabolism is overactive it makes it extreamly difficult to gain weight. there are protiene shakes and high calorie supplements you can take but its a good idea to talk to your doctor before starting it.
lots of kids have issues gaining weight. you are deffinatly not alone. and in time your metabolism will slow and it will be easier to put on the pounds.
have either of you been ill latley or have any chronic illnesses?
