hi im a 16 year old girl and im wondering if somthing is seriously wrong with me because since i have started shaving my p***y area ive notice had this almost dime shaped red lump and its kind of painful and sometimes i poke it with a needle and this like gross looking greenish puss and blood will ooze out its gross and embarrising , what should i do ?

Tell your parents, you need to see a doctor.
If you are seeing puss, especially green puss, and blood then you have an infection. It needs to be treated, probably with antibiotics. Do not keep poking it.
You need to do this. Let untreated the infection can get worse and lead to possibly a condition called sepsis, or blood poisoning. You will get very sick if that happens.
