So these past 3 weeks i suddenly got a really bad itch in labia majora and i the skin on the outside of my vagina seems like i have a really bad rash sometimes it looks dry but it really painful when i wear pants especially after i scratch it. Im a virgin btw so this cant be a sextually transmitted disease right??

Sounds like you may have some form of dermatitis, I would suggest getting to see your doctor so they can give something to treat it with. If it is dermatitis scratching at it will make worse and could even cause bleeding.
Have you changed soaps or washing liquids lately? If so it may be related to that.
