things are going pretty good for me! I am happy and proud. I have a really simple menu for third day on cycle one.
Breakfast: First, oatmeal, and after that, 4 white and one yellow egg omelet, with tomato and low – fat parmesan cheese.
Lunch: Chicken or turkey breast, beans and some salad.
Dinner: steamed broccoli with non-fat feta cheese, two white eggs and one yellow egg.
Snacks: oat cookies, almonds, hazel or walnut.
Tip: You need to drink green tea, water or lemonade.
