2 months late, & worried

I have always had irregular periods. I am 19 years old, me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex, but I was told as a young child, I wouldnt be able to have babies. Well Jan 15th, was my last period.. and the following month, right before or after my period was supposed to come, there was literally a drop of blood in my underwear.. and following that, nothing.. then me and my boyfriend had sex, and there was a brownish reddish discharge.. & then I had clear discharge coming out of my nipples, which is no longer.. It is now April 29, 2012. I've gained weight, but I also eat alot.. I've looked up syptoms, I'm thinking premature ovarian failure. I've never been on birth control.  Here are my symptoms, in list format.


-Moody(super moody, i have mental disorders, which cause me to be mooody, but this has been extra moody)
-Bloated, Change in bowels
- No period
-2 negative pregnancy test
-clear discharge from nipples
-very light cramping
-my back hurts
-I can eat a ton, and not get full
-my nipples are now sensitive, but that could stop any moment
Please help me.
I'm afraid of doctors, I plan to go, but I wanna know what it may/may not be.
& yes my boyfriend does ejaculate inside of me.

I'm young, blah blah, I do run my own business, so it's not like I'm a teenager, living at home.
I chose not to buy expensive pregnancy test, just because, I read it doesnt matter.

I plan to go to the doctors, in a week or so. Now, I'm really just worried.
