I seriously need some help with this situation because im starting to freak out and ive seen 2 doctors that won't listen to me then prescribe medication I clearly don't need. If you have a similar story PLEASE share! If youre a doctor I would love some answers!!!! Thank you in advance.

Heres the story: This has happened twice to me in a year.

Im 25 and sexually active with my husband. Im not on birth control and dont take any sort of medications. For 2 weeks I have been bleeding heavily when I make a bowel movement or just pushing to see if im still bleeding or not. (I know for a fact it is NOT a hemorrhoid since there is no pain, no iching, no swollen areas etc... I can literally scoop blood from my vagina - that how I know its not coming from my rectum - sorry for the visual but I needed to make that clear...)

Anyways... 

I feel as if its not a period since it seems too abnormal. It's just bright red blood everytime i push... Most of the time they come with blood clots. I dont have alot of pain - if anything, i get tiny spurts of pain here and there but nothing serious.
