Hi, I'm 38 years old and having brown discharge ever since I've had the leep procedure about 2 years ago. For the past year and a half I've also been experiencing hot flashes. I've never had children and know I'm not pregnant. Today I noticed a very heavy brown discharge heavier than ever. Could this be the displaysia coming back or hormonal changes? I'm making an appointment next week to see a gyn. I have my period about once a month give or take a few days but when it starts to come on, the first 2 days is the brown discharge followed with very heavy flow with clots for 1 or 2 days then it tapers off. Today I also noticed some lower abdomial pain but the discharge is getting worse. I just really worried!!
