Hi,
As said in subject I'm a 21 yr old gay male. I really don't know what to do anymore my life is just all to pieces.
I'm depressed all the time now and don't know what is going to happen. My life is very complicated with family and basically everything else too. I came out to family not that long ago and they aren't that accepting so I can't bring my gay life around them, I'm having financial issues which I've never had before I wouldn't say I was rich but I never had to worry now I'm completely broke and in debt. Everything is falling apart, all my friends have a boyfriend or a girlfriend and I have no one, its killing me because i want someone that would hold me and help me through it. I also have several medical/ health issues right now. I can't take any more I am completely falling apart and I'm almost all the way down. So I guess what I'm wanting is some words of encouragement or advice on how to coupe with all this, I really have on one to take to so I wanted to post on here

Hey, im 16, a guy, straight(but gays and bis are cool) and i have always been told from my dad that "you will fall into a deep hole whether you like it or not. Youre going to have a day or days where you dont know what to do! But all you have to do is start right back on track and trying to reach a goal" Personally speaking: hey dude, what you need to do right now is think about yourself and dont worry about finding your love. You need to focus on one thing:::: getting back on that track. ::::I know itll be hard. I was the same way with school work, but I, took control and im moving in a great direction now. YOU SHOULD LOOK FORWARD TO THE POSITIVE THINGS LIFE HAS TO OFFER AND ... You are practically starting over:) but change is good! So stay positive! Love you lots! Bye<3

Keep your chin up! Things will get better :) You have many stressors in your life, it is hard to deal with it all. Being in debt (I am in debt) causes a whole lot of problems and anxiety. I feel trapped by my debt.
Do you have anyone you can talk to about your sexuality? Coming out is a major step and I applaud you for doing that. I'm not making excuses for your family, but it does take time to handle big news. I suggest seeing a counselor or talking to a trusted adult. Talking really does help! Are you on any medications? As a young adult, many anti-anxiety/depressants can have a reverse affect. Be sure to talk to your doctor if you are on meds and start having suicidal thoughts, or your emotions get worse.
Maybe check out teenonline.org or calling their hotline: 800-852-8336. There are many problems out there that can help! Hope this helps :)
